Clean Harbors is seeking a Regional Waste Sales Manager for Canada. This role is responsible for leading our team of Waste Sales Representatives who are focused on driving net-new customer acquisition across all waste service lines of business (LOBs). The Waste Sales Manager is a “Player Coach” that requires actively selling to meet their own individual quota while simultaneously managing, mentoring, and leading their team of Reps. This position will ensure the team executes aggressive growth strategies while maintaining operational alignment and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee our team of Waste Sales Representative who target new accounts across all waste service lines, with a primary focus on Drum, CWS, Bulk, and Clean Pack.
- Actively selling to meet their own individual quota while simultaneously managing, mentoring, and leading their team of reps.
- Hire, train, coach, and lead the team to achieve revenue and customer acquisition goals.
- Provide ongoing mentorship by setting clear objectives, KPI's, and standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to target new customers using market intelligence tools.
- Oversee Region & District Specific planning and pipeline development to maximize market penetration.
- Participate in joint sales calls with representatives for strategic or high value accounts.
- Make outbound calls to support closing large deals and strengthen customer relationships.
- Act as a resource for complex proposals and pricing strategies.
- Present District and Region sales results, forecasts, and strategies to regional leadership regularly.
- Ensure Salesforce CRM utilization by monitoring KPI's like new account acquisition, revenue growth, margin improvement, etc.
Qualifications:
- 5 -7 years of Business Development experience in the waste industry or related.
- Confident with the ability to lead, mentor and guide the waste sales reps.
- Ability to implement strategies and set objectives to meet KPIs.
- Post-Secondary education in Business Administration/Related preferred.
- Class G Driver’s License and Reliable Transportation.
